The Watchers and Presence Amplitude
The Watchers begin as beings of elevated station. In SFS terms they possess high natural Presence Amplitude. Their decision to descend and take human wives is an intentional collapse of that amplitude into denser form. The text repeatedly emphasizes that this choice was not forced; it was a deliberate redirection of the intentional field.

Hybrid Embodiment and Ego-Rest Mass
The giants (Nephilim) that result from the union are described as beings of enormous appetite and violence. Geometrically this corresponds to a catastrophic inflation of Ego-Rest Mass. It shows what happens when coherence is traded for intensity and when knowledge is separated from the geometry that keeps knowledge safe. What it does not supply is the full instrument panel required to maintain high β and low μᵢ under the pressures of embodiment.
